I've tried many banana bread recipes from this website and many were good, but I do think I liked this best so far. I doubled the recipe (why make one when you can make two) but kept the sugar at 2-1/2 cups (1-1/2 white and 1 brown). I also added 2 tsps vanilla. The breads turned out moist with a very nice flavor. Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely be making this again.

I hate to disagree with everyone but I thought this recipe was just OK. I like quinoa but was expecting much more based on all the five star reviews. I won't be making this again.

I made these just because I had everything on hand. No regrets. I haven't tried them cooled yet, but they are very tasty warm and gooey. I followed the suggestion of a previous review and put chocolate chips directly on top of the crust without melting them first. Worked out great and less mess to clean up. Will make again.
