Microwave Pralines
Very good. The first time I went 9 minutes in my little microwave and had some trouble getting them to set up. So next time I decided to go with 12 minutes..not a good idea. They turned into powder on me before I could get them spooned out. To the consistency of brown sugar :( Taste was great on the first batch, going to try again with maybe 10 minutes. Using Mini muffin pan this time instead of leting them spread of wax paper.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Made this numerous times, still FABULOUS!! I will note, that I didnt have cinnamon so I tried pumpkin pie spice, 3 tsp, but I realized later that it didnt have the cloves, and I felt it really needed the cloves. Made another batch this morning, used 2 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 tsp of cloves, expect it to go as fast as the first! Yesterday I made 2 big loaves, then had enough batter to make 3 of the mini loaves, spread them around and got nothing but rave reviews. Thank you!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I
Fabulous! I took the other reviews suggestions and added 1/2 cup of brown sugar to the cake mix. I then cut the butter in like I was making biscuits..Fabulous recipe will definitely make again, thanks!!
