Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
This turned out great! I was impressed. my 2 year old didn't touch it. shocker. I however went back for seconds.

Maple Dill Carrots
I used frozen carrots and cooked it to where the brown sugar caramelized a little and added a nice brown crisp on the outside.

Honey Baked Chicken II
This turned out remarkably good!! I used a 3lb bag of frozen chikn breasts. It turned out to be 6 breasts and there was plenty of sauce! I put some butter on the bottom of the dish, laid the chikn then poured the sauce all over. I didn't use a whole stick of butter or all the salt it called for. I used regular mustard. My husband is NOT a mustard fan but he said this one is his new fav. I made Rach's broccoli casserole to go with it. Delish!
