UM DELISH!! My husband LOVES this and so do I. The muenster gives it a great flavor! I'm going to try all sorts of cheeses in the future, but the muenster give it great color and melts wonderfully!

This is a default dinner for us. I dont bother with the buns. I always have ALL these items in my pantry. Kinda like salmon patties. I agree with adding some minced onion.

I made a few changes b/c it seemed a little boring. I used manicotti instead of the lasagna noobdles. I added a little minced garlic to the spinich and green onion and added a little more of the onion to balance out the spinichy taste. I added chopped up boiled chicken. I also put some of the cheese inside the mix. I topped it with some green onion. It was delish.
