Red Lentil Curry
Delicious! Made exactly and it turned out wonderfully. Served with basmati rice and cucumber raita for a rounded out Indian meal.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup
SO amazing and SO easy! My kids requested this to go in their lunches and they usually don't eat soup that doesn't include noodles.

Broccoli Beef I
This is really good! I made it with sliced turkey breast fillets because my husband doesn't eat red meat or pork and it was just as tasty. Served it with brown rice and egg drop soup.
