I used 1 pound of shrimp, double the garlic, balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar, then steamed it (instead of grilling like "Lynn S" suggested) added a can of diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic, then served it on angel hair pasta. This was the BEST shrimp I've ever had!
