Acorn Squash with Apple
This was wonderful! It's important to use a squash that's ripe and not too big, because I've found that bigger ones aren't really sweet, and under or overripe ones are stringy and dry.

Kielbasa and Veggies
This wasn't bad. What frozen veggies you add in do count. Broccoli and carrots worked really well--the beans in the mix, not so much. I was concerned about the folks who said the dish was tasteless or bland, so I spruced it up with a worcestershire sauce, brown sugar shot and some minced garlic, gave it a stir, and fed it to the oven, per directions. There was lots of sauce in the end, and I kept wishing I had dinner rolls for dipping.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
This is the best fudge I've ever had--not too sweet, perfect texture, and so easy to make! I used peanut butter chips to make peanut butter fudge. Poured chocolate fudge over peanut butter fudge in cupcake wrappers, and--OH MY GOSH! Good stuff!!! Made some with pecans, too--very yummy ...
