Baked Potato Soup

This is very good soup, I even goofed and used baking potaotes (un-baked) and it still worked out, just had to cook for a while before I added the 1/2 and 1/2.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Yum. I didn't have butter flavored shortening so used regular, they were perfect. The cloves just added that little something to make them the best!

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

Light Oat Bread

This is a great bread recipe. I make the dough in my bread machine and then transfer to a bread pan, let rise and bake in the oven. I have had many request to "bring me a loaf"
