Baked Bar-be-que Chicken
Such an easy recipe!! I put diced garlic under the pieces and sprinkled garlic powder on top. Only change I will make next time is to either use boneless chicken breasts or cut the larger pieces of chicken into halves or thirds so that the bbq taste will penetrate more. Perhaps slashing the chicken pieces will allow the taste to penetrate, also. Thanks for a great recipe!!
