Meat Filled Manicotti
Didn't find that this manicotti was very flavourful, but the filling was easy to prepare, so it's definitely a good base. Will try again, but will play with the seasoning next time.

Homesteader Cornbread
I didn't find much flavour in this cornbread. The texture was bang-on, but it wasn't sweet and didn't really taste like anything... I made individual loaves instead of one large loaf. I think final cooking time in the mini-loaf pan was somewhere in the 18-minute range...

Classic Spanish Sangria
Perfect just the way it is! I did add some halved strawberries and black cherries, but that's just me. Would make this again in a heartbeat.
