Baked Beans from Scratch
This recipe is wonderful. I cut the Maple syrup in half, because we often think recipes are to sweet. I also put it all in the crockpot all day and took the lid off for the last hour or so to thicken them up a bit. I will be making this recipe many times. Thank you

Quinoa and Black Beans
My husband loved this! It was easy to prepare and had a nice little kick. I will definitely be making this again

Butternut Squash and Spicy Sausage Soup
This was *so* good. I used two cans of cream corn instead of frozen corn and cream (because that is what I had on hand). My husband and daughter really enjoyed it.
