Creole Macaroni and Cheese
Let a previous reviwer I would have liked to give this a higher rating. I concur the amount of time, preparation, steps and pans used were ridiculous. Forget the salt altogether and let the andouille provide the flavor. I will, however, keep working with this recipe. It has potential.

Cinnamon Pork Loin and Potatoes
I must have tried a different recipe than some of you did:) My husband and I loved this! True the gravy was too salty and it also could have used more apples. But the roast was as tender as could be. Definitely a keeper!

Gel's Green Beans and Beef
This was great. I enjoyed the oriental flavor and plan to add some toasted sesame seeds next time. I added more ground beef and used fresh green beans but my husband came home an hour late. Needless to say the beans looked like overcooked can beans. I'm sure this will be even better when served on time. I added a little water too. What is there to thicken? I've already had requests for this recipe.
