Need advice on how to make a bread pudding that does not sink or fall in the middle.

I am retired and living in beautiful southern section of Utah. No snow here! We are close to 3 National Parks: Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon. Summers are hot, but rest of year makes up for that.

Appetizers are a favorite, as well as salads and desserts. I specially enjoy Asian foods, like stir fry.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The one thing my family requests at holiday dinners is scalloped corn. Chicken & homemade noodles is also a tradition with home made apple pie on the side.
