Famous Pork Chops

I am sorry. We did not like this at all. I think it was all the buttery flavor - from the buttery crackers, and all the BUTTER added to PORK CHOPS. I don't often give out bad reviews, but this was BAD. I gave it 2 stars because it was : 1. very 2. easy

Chicken Fried Chicken

I've never fried anything like this in my life. Man, was this good! And, for some reason it didn't taste greasy at all. I did everything as written, except I dredged in flour first, then the rest as written. I will make this again for sure. DH (fussy eater) liked it. Thank you for a very nice recipe.
