Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds
I made these for a Christmas party. They were great-no leftovers! I put a small dollop of sour cream on each round before the cheese and bacon (didn't use onions). The only reason I don't rate 5* is the time factor involved in slicing and baking.

Hearty Vegetable Soup
I made this for a work potluck with cornbread muffins with the following changes: omitted leak, potato and rice; used frozen corn and peas; substituted black beans and kidney beans for garbanzos. I really liked with flavor the soy sauce and dill gave. I'll make this again.

Apple Pie Bread
I made this recipe to use up red delicious apples. It made 4 mini loaves (1 1/3 c size pans) and one half size mini loaf. I cooked for 40 minutes and let cool in pan 15 minutes. I also used 1 cup whole wheat flour in place of 1 c white flour. They turned out really moist and tasty and they're low fat too.
