About this Cook
I cook because I am a project-oriented person who loves to get something done---it is just best when you can eat that project! My favorite cooking experiences are whenever I serve several guests a fantastic meal. I was just recently married, and love to come home every day to make a meal. My husband and I try to feed guests at least once a week. Food is such a great way to get together.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to cook are any curry dish, Chinese dish, and breads. Thai curry is my favorite by far. Use coconut milk, potatoes, pineapple, and cashews in a curry sauce, and you've got it made. And don't forget the fresh cilantro on the top! Chinese food is one of my favorites because it always uses fresh ingredients, and is usually always quite healthy and tasty. I love to make bread so I can eat it fresh out of the oven.

Chocolate Cheese Frosting
I followed this recipe exactly, although next time I'd like to try adding the 4 ounces melted chocolate for a darker flavor and appearance. I also whipped the frosting to get a lighter texture. I loved it! Probably will be my "keeper" for chocolate frosting.

Tartar Sauce I
This sauce goes well with fish and chips. I added some dill to this recipe, and used fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas
Wonderful! My husband asks for these all the time now! I added mushrooms and used mozarella cheese. Also, as an alternative, try baking your quesadillas in the oven on 350 for about 10 minutes instead of heating in a skillet. If you like yours crunchy, broil for about 2 minutes after baking.
