Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
My first time making an apple pie and it was simply amazing. Like others, added cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and mixed apples and syrup before putting in pie pan. Cut apples down to 5 granny smiths. Came out perfect.

Upside Down Pizza
I took the advice of some other members here and used 2 cans of the crescent rolls. Other changes were pizza sauce and added pepperoni to the meat mixture. I assembled as follow: sprayed dish with PAM, then put 1 layer of crescent rolls on the bottom, then layer of meat sauce, then 1 cup mozz cheese, and finally 1/2 cup parm. Repeated layers one more time, then topped with 2nd layer of crescent roll. On top I brushed with some olive oil, sprinkled with rosemary, garlic powder and parm cheese. Baked for 25 min. It was wonderful cheesy pizza goodness. Thanks for the quick and easy recipe!

Italian Wedding Soup I
Love this recipe. Some of my own touches... I too cook the pasta seperately, and reduce to 1/2 cup. I also add celery and onions along with the carrots. I add some garlic and worchester sauce to the meat. One final step at the very end is to add a beaten egg and stir it very quick. My mom always made it with an egg, so I thought why not.
