Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
Used what I had on hand, including cream of chicken soup, less sour cream than what was called for and 'generic' grated cheese. As I did not have quality Parmesan, I topped the casserole with melted butter, Panko and Parmesan combined. After all of this...it STILL came out wonderful. Can't wait to try it as written!!
