I LOVE this recipe!! Of course I made a few adjustments. I add 2 zucchinis and a red bell pepper when you add the can of tomatoes. I also stir in 2 heaping tablespoons of curry paste and some coconut milk.

I guess I had high expectation for these cookies because of all the high ratings. But these cookies were not very good... the icing recipe was good, but that was about it. I love thick chewy sugar cookies and these cookies got hard when they cooled and they were not moist at all. If your looking for a great sugar cookie recipe try martha's stewart sugar cookie recipe...they are great!!!!.
