I give these three stars only because I loved how they made my kitchen smell. Unfortunately, after a long time in the fridge, the dough was still way too sticky to roll out. I had to plop the whole mess back into the bowl to add about 1/2 cup more flour. The cookies were extremely spicy (although my 8 year old loved the dough). Hubby, who usually is pretty tough, needed a glass of water after eating half a cookie. I thought they were way too salty. Even so, the kids and I had a fun time rolling them out and baking them, and will be frosting them today. I suspect they will be better after the spiciness is cut a bit with the frosting. Awesome awesome awesome. I like to use more eggs in a 9x13 for a more quiche-like casserole, but the base ingredients are right on. Everyone LOVES and requests this meal from me. One of my staples...

Wow! The flavor of this omelet was delicious, and I didn't change a thing except to use a basil/tomato feta cheese. I have never cooked eggs very well, but I would say with these instructions, I made a really great omelet! Thanks for the recipe -- it will stay in my recipe book.
