Osso Buco
This was great. I added a couple of fresh tomato also. Try it with a Chiati Classico!

Warm Shrimp Salad
Easy to make and a nice change from an ordinary salad. (Although it took longer than 10 minutes prep time -- maybe I chop slowly :-) It really impressed my girlfriend!

Carnation(R) New England Clam Chowder
If you like thick clam chowder, this is for you. I made mine with low fat turkey bacon and non-fat Carnation condensed milk and it still turned out thick and rich. It was delicious!
