Mushroom and Swiss Chicken
I used canned mushroom since that was all I had, but otherwise I made it as directed. I poured some of the juice off at the end before adding the cheese. I think next time I might add a bit more seasoning (salt/pepper and maybe some italian seasoning) and more cheese. Thanks!

White Bread I
I made this last night for the first time, using bread flour and bread machine yeast on the manual/dough cycle. I patted the dough out into a rectangle and rolled up into a "log" to fit my bread pan, let rise to double, then baked at 350° for 30 minutes. It turned out perfectly and tasted great. I have another loaf going now! Great recipe!

Mississippi Egg Custard Pie
I put this in a small rectangular casserole dish because I didn't have a water bath pan that would fit a 9" pie plate. Otherwise, the only change I made was to add a little cinnamon and nutmeg. I don't know what I did wrong; but it did not set up and was almost entirely liquid under the hardened top.
