White Bread I
I made this last night for the first time, using bread flour and bread machine yeast on the manual/dough cycle. I patted the dough out into a rectangle and rolled up into a "log" to fit my bread pan, let rise to double, then baked at 350° for 30 minutes. It turned out perfectly and tasted great. I have another loaf going now! Great recipe!
