Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
Made as written except substituted vegegetable broth for the chicken broth. Very good, very filling, thanks!

French Onion Soup VII
I haven't found a better tasting vegetarian version of French Onion soup anywhere! Per other reviews, I did add some thyme, and a little less wine than called for. It's even better the next day.

Marinated Turkey Breast
This marinade proved to be flexible, as I did not have cloves and accidently put parsley along with basil in the mix. Cooked in a slow oven, covered, along with chicken broth to make the gravy. The result was tender and everyone thought it tasted great. Thanks!
