Wasabi Mayo Salmon
I did not like this much, I ended up scraping the wasabi-mayo off the top; my husband however loved it and he doesn't even like salmon that much, I think with a few adjustments this good be really good, as salmon and wasabi is a great combination

Silver White Cake
The cake looked really spectacular when baked, however it tasted like cornbread and that wasn't what I wanted, it was a lot of effort for such disappointing results,

Beer Butt Chicken
I loved this! the meat literally falls off the bone, I used a different rub on the outside and usd fresh garlic in the beer, I also did it in the oven not on the grill, but the results were amazing, will definately do this again
