Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
I have made this soup with ground beef, too! Easy and Delicious! The crock pot just makes it easy to assemble ahead and leave it to heat. I don't toast the tortillas, we like to cut them into strips and add them to the soup like noodles. Great quick recipe! Thanks!

Excellent! The mustard "makes" this recipe! I don't use the onion, though.

Kansas Tomato Sandwich

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
Okay, a lot of reviewers have said use mayo instead of butter...here is the difference: if you don't have garden fresh beefsteak tomatoes, then you better use mayo or ranch dressing. But if your tomatoes are fresh picked, thick sliced, lightly salted beefy tomatoes, it doesn't matter what you put on the bread...it will be the BEST sandwich ever!

My kids all love them...they can cook them alone, and make as many as they want! Try peach pie filling with a marshmallow...delicious!

Key Lime Pie - Low Carb Version

Pretty good...nice and tart. Lots of flavor makes up for lack of carbs. Didn't really like the crust. Might make only half so it isn't so thick next time. Will make again!

Wow! Delicious. I made it for a group of teenagers, they ate them as soon as they came out of the oven! I added cinnamon chips and drizzled a frosting on top.
