My Crab Cakes
Very tasty... next time I will double the amount of crab.

Crab and Shrimp Delight
I was excited about this recipe but ended up disappointed. We had to add water so the pasta could fully cook, and it took about 20 extra minutes in the oven. The flavor wasn't too exciting either-- we decided we could add seasfood to white cheddar mac and cheese and get similar results.

Apple Pork Chops
A very tasty dish. A bit time-consuming at first, but then you just coast until dinner comes out of the oven. The chops were very juicy, and the apples gave the kitchen a wonderful aroma. We didn't bother peeling the apples and they turned out great.
