Basic Crepes

Green Chili Casserole

This was very simple and yummy to make. Hatch Green Chili is the best, and I added bacon and it was a great breakfast dish.

This is a good recipe excpet it forgot to say how much mayo to add. This recipe make quite a bit. I did not add enough mayo at first, I recommend about 3/4 cup because the tofy will absorb some. I used sweet hot mustard and that was really good. This is a good tofu recipe, I will be making it again. You may want to play with the recipe alittle to add more taste. My husband liked it my 12 yr old was indifferent. If you like tofu, you should like this.

Mrs. Fields Cookie Recipe II

If you love Choc you will love this recipe. Makes alot of cookies. Everyone loved this. The second time I made the recipe I used 1/2 choc chips and 1/2 butterscotch chips.. big hit!

Home-Style Brown Rice Pilaf

I really liked this recipe and so did my husband, however it was not a big hit with my 9 year old! I made MISO BBQ CHICKEN (recipe on allrecipes.com) and she loved that! This was a suited match for the rice pilaf. I will make it again! I did not add the chickpeas or nuts... not a fan of either...turned out great anyways!

BBQ Miso Chicken

This gets a A+++. My husband and 9 year old just loved this! Very good taste! I did my chicken in my showtime rotissere grill and just kept coating the chicken with the sauce with a turkey baster while it cooked. Turned out real moist and tender. I had NO left overs! I will be increasing the recipes next time!

American Frittata

This was a very good recipe. I had to impravise when it came to the cast iron skillet.. I used a regular skillet and then flipped the ingredients into a pie dish added the cheese and baked about 15-20 minutes at 325 degress. It was a hit with everyone! I have had weight loss surgery and some foods are hard for me to eat this sat very well with me... The only thing I would do different is make the CUBE size of the potatoes SMALL... I did mine med to large because the recipe did not really say! Next time instead of ham I think I might try adding Carne Adavoda (pork cooked in red chili)! Yummy!

Very good! I used Bertollo Mediterranean Olive Pasta sauce. It really gave it a great taste! My husband liked this alot. It was easy to pre-pare! I have to becareful of sugar levels so the above pasta sause is also one of the lowest with regards to sugar content I could find only 3 grams per 1/2 cup. Give this a A+! My husband took the leftovers to work and said it was good the second time around also!

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

The whole family loved this! I cut the cream chease to 4 oz but used the full amount called for of sour cream. I also only used 1 can of condensed mushroom soup and mushroom gravy instead of brown gravy! It was good as left overs! Very quick and simple to make! A+

Cabbage Roll Casserole

This was a very tasty recipe. I have had weight loss surgery so finding recipes that I can eat sometimes is difficult. This recipe was both yummy and full filling. I would recommend it highly. I did microwave it for 20 minutes and then threw it into the oven on broil for 5 minutes and it turned out great!
