Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
We really enjoy this recipe! I use 3/4 of a rotisserie chicken instead of the canned. We like more meat. Also, I add a can of kidney beans. Great leftovers!

Seafood Sandwich
This recipe is fabulous! I doubled the Lobster Tails Steamed In Beer recipe from this website for Valentine's Day, then used the leftovers a few days later for this sandwich.

Lobster Tails Steamed in Beer
We loved this recipe! I fixed it for Valentine's Day with rave reviews. I used O'Malley's Irish Cream Ale. I doubled the recipe to have leftovers and used them to make the Seafood Sandwich from this website a few days later. Yum!
