Sage Corn Bread Stuffing
Oh, my freaking goodness! I've been a stuffing lover for as long as I can remember, but it's always been stuffing from the box or something like it. Just not Stovetop stuffing. Yucky. When I heard about sausage stuffing I just had to try it. This recipe looked like a good solid one, so I tried it. It absolutely blows Mrs. Cubbison out of the water. It was just so, so good. My husband even agreed. Sorry, Mrs. Cubbison, but you are not invited to Thanksgiving this year. The only change I made was to add twice the sausage it called for. I figure if I'm going to use sausage (or even go to the trouble to buy it), I'm going to use a lot of it. Next time, though, I think I'll cut the whole recipe in half because not everyone here loves stuffing, even with sausage. Still, I had more takers than usual. :)

Delicious Pumpkin Bread
This was pretty good and really did come out super moist. It just wasn't as pumpkin-y as I hoped. I guess I was hoping for that rich pumpkin flavor that is in those pumpkin muffins at Paradise Bakery, but no such luck. It was very good, though. Next time I will add more spices. Thanks! :)

Wild Rice Cheese Soup
I didn't do this recipe as written, but this still came out really good. I just grabbed plain old smoked sausage at Wal-Mart because I didn't have time to go to the grocery store too. And I used white rice. I cooked the rice in a rice cooker just because I have one. Anyway, this still came out really good. My whole house smells like sausage. It was a little thick, though. I think I will add more milk next time. Overall, a very good recipe. I'd like to try it with the Italian sausage next time. Oh, I used colby/jack cheese because I don't like processed cheese and it was just fine. :) Thanks!
