Zucchini Brownies
This was a strange consistency. I thought they could have used a little more chocolate flavor. Next time I will add some chocolate chips to the batter.

Fluffy Potato Casserole
I added some sour cream too & chives for color. I also did as others & put some cheddar cheese on top.

Sweet and Crunchy Salad
I made 1/2 a recipe but added the full bag of cole slaw mix. It had enough dressing and noodles.
