This is one of the best homemade coffee cakes I have ever had. the only thing I will do different is use less sugar in the toping mix. Just a little to sweet for me. But overall - GREAT receipe! Send more our way!

Bread Pudding III

I looked and looked for a easy bread pudding that would remind me of my young days with my DAD - This recipe is FANTASTIC! I made it - loved it - made it again and again and again - ALL my friends and co-workers loved it to...Thanks for sharing.

Zucchini Casserole II

My daughter in law made this for us and we all ate this dish like there was no tomorrow. There wasn't much left by tht time we were done and I got the leftovres.. I copied the receipe and sent it to a few of my friends already. TWO thumbs up on this one for sure.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I tried this recipe today and it is wonderful. I would recommend it highly. I even sent some to my neighbor next door and they loved it just as much as I did and want the recipe also. Great Soup! Cathi

Chicken Scarpariello

I tried this recipe looking for another way of making chicken and I was totally pleased. My family loved it and so did my best friend who happend to stop by. She liked it so much that she asked me for a copy and she passed it out at Easter dinner to 4 of her relatives. The only thing that I did different was I doubled up on the ingredients (except the chicken) to make more of the sause. My family likes more sauce. Other than that - WONDERFUL RECIPE! Even my 70 year old Mom cooked it up and loved it! Good Going!
