I made this last night with a few changes. First off, I doubled the recipe to use for dipping, putting on the chicken and for a sauce for potatoes. I also didn't have dijon mustard on hand, so I used 3/4 cup of mustard with horseradish and 1/4 honey. I doubled the rest of the ingredients the same. I like the heat that the horseradish provided. Next time I might try it with a little less mustard and more honey. This was really great though and an easy weeknight meal. I will definetly make this again. My kids loved it, even with the heat from the horseradish.
