These are great. I got a lot of compliments on these. The only thing I find hard with these is the dough being so sticky, which makes it harder to make them pretty and not stick to everything. However, I didn't want to over flour (the board, rolling pin, etc...), so that's part of the reason why.The icing tastes a little too much like cream cheese, so next time I will cut back on the cream cheese, but that's just a prefernce. This is a really great recipe if you want to impress.
