My kids and husband loved it. It was a nice change of dipping it into the oil instead of eggs. I will make this again.

This was a good basic recipe. I didn't have the salsa on hand but it tasted great anyways. I added some cumin and thyme for taste to the beans and corn. I dipped it into sour cream. I will make different variations of this recipe again.

These were great. I omitted all the seasonings and just used cajun seasoning adding up to the amount of seasoning stated in the recipe. It wasn't too spicy either. I will make these again.

This was pretty good. My first batch came out too dry so I added water, which made it too wet,so I added some flour. In the end, it was really chewy and good. My kids, who normally don't eat the pizza dough end ate it up. My second batch came out perfect. I made sure to scoop the flour into the measuring cup and then leveled it off. I will use this recipe every time I want to make home made pizza crusts.

These were really good. I did have to turn the oven up to 400 since I had very thick pork chops and I had somewhere to be. I will make these again for a change of pace.

This was okay. I think it would taste better if the onion and bell pepper were sauteed with the ground beef first. My husband liked it, but my kids and I didn't. I will not be making this again.

This was pretty good. The only thing about it is it's not that unique and didn't offer that much flavor to the overall sweet potato. I do like that it's savory and not a sweet dish. I will probably make this again in the future until I find a better savory sweet potato dish.

This was delicious. I used a frozen pie crust and pre-baked it. I can't have quiche without a pie crust. I will be making this in the future. Even my 5, 4, and 2 year old loved it.

The cookies were wonderful. These were the first cookies I have made that were gone fast and no one "had" to eat the few last cookies. Make sure you don't over bake them as the edges will be very crunchy. I might just skip making regular chocolate chip cookies and make these instead.

This was an easy weeknight meal. However, I didn't think they flavor was all that great. Won't make again.

This was a simple almost healthy dish. I used whole wheat elbow pasta since I had it on hand. I also boiled the broccoli since I don't have a steamer. I sauteed red pepper flakes with the garlic & I poured the oil in until I got a nice consistancy. This was loved by my 3 children. I will be making this cheap dinner again.

I've made this many times using the original recipe and it always turns out great. Last night, I didn't have the bell pepper, so I used extra onions instead and I didn't have the frozen potatoes, so I used fresh potatoes instead. The frozen potatoes seem to hold up better to the cooking. Next time, I think I will stick to the original recipe.

These are great. I got a lot of compliments on these. The only thing I find hard with these is the dough being so sticky, which makes it harder to make them pretty and not stick to everything. However, I didn't want to over flour (the board, rolling pin, etc...), so that's part of the reason why.The icing tastes a little too much like cream cheese, so next time I will cut back on the cream cheese, but that's just a prefernce. This is a really great recipe if you want to impress.

These were wonderful. I used my bread machine to mix the dough and then wrapped the dough up and put it in the fridge overnight. The next morning, I took the dough out and left it covered with a towel to warm to room tempature before I divided the dough and baked them. I will make these again.

This was just okay. I have had this verison of corn pudding many times. I was hoping this one would be wonderful. I think it's great for a classic, but I will keep looking for something with more flavor.

This would be great if the paprika was reduced. That's all you could taste and it made it a little bitter. Next time I would reduce the paprika to 1 tbs and add some salt. Nice way to use canned potatoes though.

I made this last night with a few changes. First off, I doubled the recipe to use for dipping, putting on the chicken and for a sauce for potatoes. I also didn't have dijon mustard on hand, so I used 3/4 cup of mustard with horseradish and 1/4 honey. I doubled the rest of the ingredients the same. I like the heat that the horseradish provided. Next time I might try it with a little less mustard and more honey. This was really great though and an easy weeknight meal. I will definetly make this again. My kids loved it, even with the heat from the horseradish.

I sort-of liked this dish. My biggest problem was it didn't make enough filling. I should have figured that out sooner because most of the ingredients are in tablespoons. I didn't fry them, I baked them instead. However, I think frying them is the better way to go taste wise. Also, I baked them at 475 degrees they got too dark on the edges. I turned it down to 425 degrees and they did better. I also had on hand won-ton wrappers and just used those instead of the egg roll wrappers. I was trying to make these like Applebee's Fiesta Wrappers. I think they came semi-close but weren't creamy enough. If I make them in the future, I think I will keep making them in the won-ton wrappers, freeze them and then fry them. I might also had a touch of cream to the mixture to make it creamier.
