Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf
I have been making this exact recipe for a lot of years now and wouldn't even think of making any other meatloaf. We love it. It is always so moist. I did make one change though. I put the catchup,brown sugar mixture on when I put the meatloaf in the slow cooker and it comes out fine.

Asian-Style Pork Chop Bake
This recipe is superb!! Made it just as it is and wouldn't change a thing! Hubby loved it. Definatly a keeper.

Harvest Pork Stew
Made this for my hubby and I last night and it is outstanding! Can't have regular potatoes so used sweetpotatoes. Thickened it a little with corn starch and served it with a salad. Will definatly make this again.
