I'm a 39 year old mother of 1. And for the past 14 years I have been a stay at home mom, until Oct. 8,2005 I opened my own cafe. (Gooseberries Cafe) And I LOVE it.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
I had gotten off work late last night and needed to rush home and cook dinner. The only thing we had thawed and fresh was 2 pounds of shrimp. So i hit the site for Balsamic glaze and found this, and it was WONDERFUL!!!!! Like some of the other viewers the smell at first was not that enjoyable, but after finished we decided to use it on everything.

Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge
THANK YOU! This was the fudge my grandmother always made and I couldn't find her recipe. She has been gone for 3 years and thats how long I have been deprived of this wonderful fudge. She always made it in her cast iron skillet. The ppl that had problems with it setting up, if its humid in your house, or raining outside, your fudge will fail.

Beer Bread I
I own my own cafe and needed a bread recipe that was fast & easy but good. Two out of three wasn't bad, this bread is fast & easy but NOT GOOD its O MY GOSH GREAT. I have made it plain, with italian herbs over top and with cheddar cheese on top each way is wonderful. Most of my customers have never had beer bread and they loved it, it is now a permanent part of my menu. Thank You so very much!!!!
