She was always a great cook and we are enjoying recreating some of her old favorite recipes. In my spare time I am an avid photographer, these days limited to the birds and flowers in my neighborhood. I have no imagination when it comes to cooking so I'm always reading cookbooks and watching the cooking shows. Semi home made is my ideal show. BBQs and camp foods. My dad always made the best breakfasts when we were camping, hotcakes, fried trout and scrambled eggs. I wish I could remember how he made his cowboy coffee, there was a trick to not getting the grounds in your coffee cup. Ha ha ha... anything that isn't burnt.
