I love cooking and baking. So much so, that I once had a Catering and Baking business. I still do it from time to time to help people out. I'm what you might call a make it as you like it type of cook. I do use recipes, but I always put a little twist in them. I've never had any complaints. Mothers Day, Thanksgiving and of course Christmas. I do all of the cooking. My daughters weddings. Baking sales, where my Yogurt Muffins made a big hit. Cakes, cakes and more cakes. Everyone loves my cakes! Everyone loves my cooking. Never, I mean never cook peas and applesauce together as a dish. (There is a story behind that). Always, take a tier cake seperated. I did save the day, but it was hard on the bride. I didn't charge for the cake. I have to say being a cook there's always a story to be told.
