Aunt Betty's French Dressing
This was yummy, and very easy to make. Just threw all the ingredients in a mini-chopper. It is sweet though, so if you are not partial to sweet dressings as my father wasn't, then you may not like this one. I loved it and so did most of my guests.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
This was easy and tastes great. I think it can also be dipped into dark chocolate (on one end only) for a nicer, richer flavour. But it was nice as is too. It makes very little though (I halved the recipe to try it out)...so if you are making it for a large number of people you may want to double to recipe or you may end up having to bake another "batch". Thanks for the recipe though. This was my first time making biscotti and now I am anxious to try some of the other recipes on this site.

Raggedy Ann Cookies
these were nothing special. they are not very chewy ( i did not over-bake and am storing in airtight container). Also they are way too sweet in my opinion. If you are looking for a coconut cookie then the "chewy coconut cookie" recipe on this site is better and if it's oatmeal cookies you are after there are tonnes of good recipes to use. I won't be making these again.
