Apple Pie I
my pie also turned out watery even with the 2tbsp of flour. I would rather coat the apples with the sugar/flour/spice mixture then layer the slices in the pan instead of sprinkling on each layer. Mine also took a lot longer than 30-35 mins to bake with jonathan apples.if you dont already have one, invest in a pie shield because my pie stayed in the oven almost an hour
