Barbeque Pork Two Ways
I made the crock pot version and cut my shoulder into 1/2" cubes. I also did one cup of ketchup and one cup of honey BBQ sauce instead of two cups of ketchup. One word: WOW! The flavor was AMAZING. We ate the meat on soft potato rolls and gobbled them down. Next time, I think I'll try using a larger chunk of meat and shredding it after cooking for a different texture.
Also, this recipe freezes extremely well. Yum!
