Wheat Crackers
At first glance, I'd give this a 3 - the recipe as it is not very tasty at all. But with some modifications (as noted by others) this is a really great starting point. Changes I made: I roughly do half wheat and half white flout and then toss in about 3 T of Wheat Germ, Sub melted butter for the oil and then add a TON of spices to the mix. I roll mine out to 1/16th of an inch and they end up perfect after 15 minutes in the oven. Any thicker and the crackers become chewy. I don't think that we'll be buying crackers at the store anytime soon!

Mayonnaise Biscuits
I wasn't too sure about this... but I was on the potluck list for biscuits and gravy and didn't want to go the frozen or Bisquick route. Whipped up a quadruple batch (had a lot of mouths to feed) using all purpose flour (added baking powder and salt for leavening) and OMG! I'll never make boxed biscuits again! Super easy and TASTY - Got a lot of requests for the recipe!! Thank you for sharing!!
