White Bean Chicken Chili
I love this recipe. It is a great way to use leftover rotisserie chicken. You really can't go wrong once you put in the seasonings. I have added leftover salsa, extra chicken stock (I use homemade) salsa verde, fresh tomatillos, you name it, I have varied it and it is always scrumptious! I like it as a soupy consistancy and serve it with crushed corn chips or fried strips of corn tortillas. This is a winner
