I love to cook! I really love to bake. Desserts are my specialty but I am a good at "regular" food too. Dessert, dessert, dessert! I like cooking mexican food alot. I like to cook stuff that has a lot of ingredients because people assume it was super difficult! We don't really have any traditions except that I am always the one who brings dessert! We do try to eat outside of the norm on holidays; not always turkey and ham on Christmas and Thanksgiving. Making my first bread pudding! It was a request from my bro-in-law and it turned out perfectly! Also made gumbo one weekend and jambalaya the next and both were to die for. I guess making anything new that turns out is a triumph for me! Don't have any major tragedies that I can recall. Do sometimes have a problem with my chocolate cake falling in the middle and have been experiementing with things that I could be doing wrong.
