Apple Butter Pork Loin

Perfect Fall meal. I served with butternut squash and it is really delicious. I sliced an apple and added it also some flour at the end to make a thicker gravy. I also used a slowcooker as other readers suggested. Made for a perfect pork meal. Thank UMich97!

Stuffed Guinea Squash (Eggplant)

I used eggplant from out neighbor's garden and I used 2 tbsps of olive oil and 2 tbsps of butter. but otherwise followed recipes as written. Really good. Great fall dish.

Cauliflower-Cheese Soup

Great soup with a couple changes..Saute veggies in olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic before you add water (chix broth is better.) Run the solids through the food processor or blender after you add the cheese. Delicious!

Roasted Beets with Feta

Easy & delicious. I served with a spinach salad & it was just great. I had never roasted beets before but they looked so good at the farm stand, I bought them and checked allrecipes right off. I did not change a thing except for using chives as suggested. Thanks Shandeen

Mock Lobster

I came across this while looking for lobster recipes. Our lobsterman son wouldn't eat it but he won't eat lobster either...Easy to make,dipping it in butter still didn't make it taste like lobster..Good chicken recipe though..
