I've never really liked the green bean casseroles at Thanksgiving until I made this one. This has a great flavor, it is easy to make, and there are no leftovers!

This was a big hit at my house! My son had been asking for Jambalaya, so I looked on here and found this one. Only change I made was to leave out the mushrooms - personal preference.

I've made this so many times, it is a great recipe. My boys are picky eaters and they both request this pot pie. I have followed the recipe exactly and I have changed it other times. I use less meat sometimes and add zucchini, corn or green beans. It is easy to make a double batch and then freeze 1/2. Thank you for the recipe!
