Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
Very good! I added an extra egg like others suggested and I used milk instead of water. The caramel sauce really was as good as everyone says. It was so easy to make too!

Eggnog Quick Bread
Very tasty! Made it exactly as recipe stated. Fast, easy and delicious. Very easy to double the recipe too. Thanks for the recipe.

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
I am now addicted to this frosting! I don't like a strong cream cheese flavor, so I was glad that this recipe mellows out the taste of the cream cheese. It has a good strong lemon flavor.
