Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Four stars simply because of the changes I made. Very tasty chicken dish, however I did change it a little. As others recomended, I dusted the chicken in about 1/4 cup flour then browned the chicken. I also doubled the sauce recipe, I didn't have fresh ginger so I used 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger and it was plenty for our taste. I didn't use a much hot sauce either but that is our preferance. I didn't cook the sauce down as the recipe states, I like a saucier dish.I put frozen peas, two chopped mini carrots, a small onion diced and a clove of glaric. It was very good and easy. My grandaughter loved it. Will add to my recipe box. thank you for a nice change of pace recipe : )
