Benny's Potato Salad
almost like the potato salad I make, try using dill weed instead of the dill seed it should make a differance if you don't like the dill seed taste.

Coconut Poke Cake
I had this at my daughters and it was wonderful. so I made it for visiting family, they loved it and asked for the recipe. I used less fat coconut cream and low fat condensed milk. If you like coconut this is the cake for you..Thanks for sharing.

Rustic Multi-Grain Bread
I am making this bread tasty bread for the second time. Only thing I did different was added 1/2 cup rolled oats in place of 1/2 cup of the white flour. But I did have to add a little more white flour to kneed properly. I used my kitchen-aide for the mixing and kneeded it myself. It will go wonderfully with the minestrone soup I'm making for dinner on this blustery day...
