Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
Considering that I don't like salad, it's amazing that I do like this, and so did everyone else at the dinner party. Very good.

Pistachio Bread
This is a REALLY good, sweet bread. But, chop the cherries and add them into the dry stuff before adding the wet stuff. Next time I'll add nuts, too.

Blue Cheese Bites
I made this for a friend's birthday, and it was the hit of the party. They were gobbled up. I tried it also with cheddar, and it did not work as well. I used the butterflake biscuits, and they were great.
