Mexican Pinto Beans
Didn't have serrano peppers so subbed chipotle in. Used as a side for a meal then filling with tortillas for the next day... Thanks for the recipe!

Sangria! Sangria!
This is the best Sangria! Made it with Merlot, however any dry red wine will do. The brandy gives it a "kick" so it is a bit strong at first so do let it sit if you can. Have served it immedately after making it with no complaints :)

Smoky Chipotle Hummus
This is a great hummus recipe. I only used 1 chipotle pepper for heat and it is perfect for all. Would add another for heat, if serving at a cocktail party.
