Spinach-Stuffed Pork Roast
I didn't have twine, so I butterflied the meat, as other posters suggested. It was fantastic. I added extra garlic to the spinach mix. I will definitely be making this again. Not only does it taste incredible, it looks like something you'd see served in a gourmet restaurant. Thank you!

Easy Garlic Ginger Chicken
I read the other reviews and used less lime juice, as posters had suggested. This wasn't bad, but we weren't crazy about it. The flavor was quite mild.

Chili Cheese Dip V
Greatest (and EASIEST!) dip ever. Took a previous poster's advice and cooked it on 400 degrees. What a perfect football game recipe! Thank you!
