Mardi Gras King Cake

These were easy to make. I notice when I used water to seal the edges. The cheese came out when I fried them. So I switch it up to a egg and it worked out better. Next time I'll probably put some baccon in them...

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The tast was really good. Meat was tender. It did come out on the dry side. Not sure why. I'll try to make again and brown meat before cooking.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

OMG this was so good. I used boneless pork shoulder. I added 3 cans of the beef broth. I wanted the broth to cover most of the meat. When it was time to take it out the meat just fell apart! I didn't do step 2 and 3. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce like others said and it was just right! Will be making this again!!!

Shepherd's Pie VI

This was good. If I didn't add a packet of gravy mix. This pie would have no taste to it. SO DON'T FORGET TO ADD!! I also left out the beef broth. I also added a little more water. But it turned out good!

Jesse and Steve's Fresh Strawberry Cake

This was really good! Easy to make. Only thing is that I had to cook it a little longer. Total 50mins. It came out golden brown. I think it had to do with the sugar that you use. Even the inside didn't look pink. But it was good!

Marshmallow Fondant

I used shorting instead of butter. Very easy to make and taste better than store bought. I didn't really use up the 2 pounds. Had about box 1/2 left. Fondant worked out great!

Buttermilk Pie

This was really easy to make. I only use a 1c. of sugar and it was just right. This was my first time making a buttermilk pie and tasting a buttermilk pie. I give it a 5 stars!! Very yummy!!

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

This was really easy to make.I put all the ingredients in a baggie. Let it sit for a couple of hours. I had to cook it another 10mins. Wasn't cooked all the way. Had a really nice flavor.

Cinnamon Popcorn II

This was easy to make. I cut the recipe in half. I did one bag of popcorn. 1/4c. butter, 1tbs corn syrup, 1 oz of the candy. Cooked it on the stove until everthing was melted together. Waited till it kind of foam up a lil. I put the popcorn in a larg bowl. Then mixed it all up. Came out great! My mom love it!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I made this dish for New Years. Love it! Really easy to make. I cut the potatoes and onion up thin. I would make a layer, put salt/Pepper and onions. Keep doing those steps over and over. I didn't put salt in my butter cause I was using salt though out the layers. So I didn't want it to be to salty. Everything came out great! Would make again.
