Very tender chicken. Wish I had used more of the pepper jelly.

This recipe got really good reviews from family members this Thanksgiving. I did, however, add chicken broth and also after eating it, felt that it needed more seasoning. Maybe the chicken broth masked some of the original flavor of the recipe. I just like moist dressing, therefore knew it needed more liquid...maybe should have used more apple juice instead of chicken broth. Great recipe though!

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and my family loved it! I made it again on Christmas, but this time I put 2 pkg. of corn kernels instead of 1 1/4. I felt it was a little too thick the first time. However, with the cream cheese and butter, it's definitely a special occasion only dish!
