This recipe is awesome! Not only super easy and quick, but are very good! I did substitute the lemon extract for 1 tbls. lemon juice. Great taste. I suggest this recipe for anyone that wants a fast great tasting cookie for any occasion.

I thought this recipe was very good. A great Sunday morning type dish to go along with your eggs. It was very easy to put together. I did add alittle garlic & herb seasoning to the potatoes after they were in the baking pan, just to add a little taste. My family loved them. Thanks so much for the recipe!

This is an awesome recipe! I followed the recipe with only a couple of changes..one was to add some brown sugar to the regular sugar, as some others had suggested, and the other change I made was to bake at 400 for the same amount of time. It just wasn't browning at 350. It turned out so good!!! And the house smells wonderful!!! Thanks for the easist apple crisp recipe ever!
